"The Wait Time and Online Check-in is meaningless and even aggravating, but when you find a stylist you like, it is the only way of making a somewhat appointment. Today was the third time (and last) that I did advanced check-in either in person or online. They told me it would be 97 minutes (4th in line) for my favorite stylist, so I put my name up on the big board and went across the street. I came back 60 minutes later and the big board said 86 minutes. They said that the stylist had finished her client and the next person (not me) wasn't there so they called the next name, then the next until they got to me. When I wasn't there either, they put me at the back of the line. How is it my fault the other people left? You check in with a phone number yet they don't use it to text or call? If you want to walk in and take the next available and risk a bad haircut, good luck. But don't think that big board is anything other than decoration."
